President Muse Bihi has condemned the destruction of the election posters of the Wadani party and the Kaah political organization.

Speaking at a police ceremony Bihi called on law enforcement agencies to quickly deal with those behind the destruction of political campaign materials.

The President stressed the importance of upholding democratic values and respecting the rights of all political parties to participate in a fair competition.

He urged citizens to report any problems and to create a spirit of tolerance and respect between the two political parties.

The police have been mandated to investigate the incident and ensure that those responsible for the act will be held accountable.

President Bihi’s request aims to promote a peaceful environment for all parties preparing for the elections.
