The president of the Republic of Somaliland today received international delegation and the famous Nigerian football icon Kanu Nwankwo.
TPresident Abdirahman Maxamed Cabdillahi (Cirro), at the headquarters of JSL received international delegation who came to participate in the celebration of the 34th anniversary of the return of the nationhood and the independence of Somaliland.
The delegates were from the United Kingdom (UK), UAE, Kenya, Djibouti and the Somali regional government of Ethiopia (DDSI), who showed their support and support to the people and the government of the Republic of Somaliland.
The president thanked the delegates for the honorable participation in the celebration of 18 May, noting that Somaliland respects the friendship and cooperation with the international community, especially the countries where the delegation came from.
Also, the president had a special meeting with the famous football player Kanu Nwankwo who played for the Nigerian National Team and Arsenal who was among the honorable guests who attended the celebration of 18th May 2025.
President Abdirahman Irro thanked him for his visit to Somaliland and the role he played in increasing the reputation and good image of Somaliland in the world.
