Waddani Presidential candidate Abdirahman Irro has officially submitted his papers to the electoral committee.
Irro who two days ago was endorsed officially as the party’s presidential candidate will fight it out with Kulmiye candidate Muse Bihi who has been in power over the last seven years.
The two battled it out during the last presidential elections with Bihi being declared the winner.
The elections are set to be held on November 13, 2024.
Thursday was the last day that the commissioners have confirmed that the three candidates will submit their candidacy papers.
By presenting his papers, Irro will now officially kickstart his campaigns across the country.
