    Cabinet meeting discusses on security issues and May 18 preparations

    President . Abdirahman Maxamed Abdilaahi (Cirro) on Wednesday chaired a cabinet meeting in Hargeisa

    Key in the cabinet discussion was a presentation by the vice president Mohamed Ali Aw Abdi  on his 70 days peace mission in the eastern regions of the country.
    The VP gave a detailed presentation of the process and technique that he and his delegates went through about the issues related to the national army and settling of conflicts in the
    Ceel-Afweyn district.

    The VP said that he and his delegation Allah (SXWT) helped the nation to gain heritage achievements.

    He said the president made possible  for the team to unite the national army with the scale, and at the same time create peace, understanding and lasting solution to the long-term conflict in the Ceel-Afweyn district.
    He thanked the members of his delegation (Ministers and National Army Commander) who were part of the long time government operations in handling the issues of peace and nationalizing the civil army.

    The cabinet also discussed  about the state management system (decentralization) in the regions and districts of the country, especially Political administration, national Administrative administration and Budget management.
    The administration is a system that facilitates the government (middle and lower) and the citizens.
    On the other hand, it makes it possible to plan well on quality of providing services necessary for lcommunity development.
    The administration will enable environmental decision-making, strengthen accountability and sustainability in providing appropriate community services.
    Likewise, the state-administration enables economic growth by enabling local authorities to expand tax base and invest in local community priorities. The debate of the cabinet of the ministerial administration has promised to continue in the upcoming parliament meetings.

    The ministers also delved on preparations for the May 18 celebrations.
    The Minister of the Presidential Palace told the council that the ministers to mobilize the community and participate in the ceremonies and events happening in the major cities of the country.
