Somaliland President Abdirahman Mohamed Abdilahi has directed his ecabinet ministers to prepare what they have achieved in their first 100 days since appointment.
President Irro gave the directive on Thursday during a cabinet meeting.
The meeting also discussed a wide range of issues touching on security of the country, economy and climate.
The Minister of Finance and Economic Development gave a brief on the implementation of tax on sales of services and products (GST) while his  Planning and National Development counterpart gave a full report about the decisions from the HLDCF meeting, the donors and their interests international development. This followed a meeting between government officials international development partners.
The minister of the Ministry of Water Resources Development informed the council about the process of reforming of the country’s water agencies.
The minister of the ministry of general works, housing and land gave information on how to protect the quality of government buildings, inspection and the construction projects of Somaliland government. The minister also gave information about the latest efforts the government has made to help the people affected by the fire that caught the radio market.
The minister of Investment and Industry Development talked about the development of the country’s investment saying the leadership and coordination of investment is a responsibility of his ministry. He promised to work with other ministries to improve the economy and investments of our country.
The minister of Education, Development and Science gave a deep report to the council of ministers about the decisions that came from the National Conference on Hand Education and Skills Work. He also distributed copies of the national education policy (Somali) so that the ministers can read and then approve.
