KAAH political Association leader Mohamud Hashi has now endorsed plans for the upcoming elections.

Hashi, the chairman of the KAAH political association stated that the election rules are now complete, with no objections remaining, and all political differences have been resolved.

He said that the Commission has confirmed that they are technically prepared for the elections.

He emphasized that no one could disrupt the elections, and anyone who tries is not acting in the country’s interest.

He further mentioned that Somaliland is currently divided, but unity cannot be achieved through war, empty promises, or selfishness. “it can only be achieved through elections.”

He said that the ruling party, Kulmiye, came to power through elections and can only stay or leave through the same process.

“If they interfere with the elections, they will be held accountable for the consequences,” he said.

Hashi also stated that the country needs change, and the people want a leader who can unite them. He mentioned that the KAAH organization supports Abdirahman Irro as the leader the people need.
