Another key member of the Kulmiye party has ditched the ruling party to join hands with the opposition party Waddani.
The presidential candidate of WADDANI party Dr. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdillahi Irro has welcomed politician Ali Ahmed Ali from Kulmiye party, who officially joined the party of the people of Somaliland.
Also welcoming Ali to the party were Barkhad Mohamed Hurre who is a member of the parliament of Somaliland, Saladiin, intellectuals and other politicians.
Irro thanked politician Ali Ahmed Ali for joining the party.
At the same time the opposition party of WADDANI held a big welcoming ceremony Thursday night in Hargeisa for politicians, intellectuals, youth and women from the tribes of Axmed Abdale, Samatar Abdale and Abdale.
This ceremony which took place at Hotel Maansor was attended by candidate Abdirahman Irro, Chairman Hirsi and the top leaders of WADDANI party.
