The senior leadership of the WADANI Party has welcomed Hassan Osman Ismail, a political scholar and one of the main founders of the Kulmiye Party.
The WADANI Party leaders emphasized that their party stands for justice and unity in Somaliland, welcoming everyone with open arms. Hassan Osman expressed his gratitude to the party’s candidate and chairman for the warm reception at the chairman’s residence during a significant event. He promised to contribute significantly to the WADDANI party’s success and lead positive change.
Abdirahman Mohamed Abdilahi Irro, the presidential candidate for the WADANI Party also welcomed Prof. Mohamud Hirsi Guled (Qablax), a politician and scholar, to the Party. Prof. Mohamud was one of the founders of the multi-party democratic process in Somaliland.
The two join the growing list of politicians and scholars joining the WADDANI party and presidential campaign team.
Earlier, Dr. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdilahi Irro, and Hirsi Haji Ali Hassan, the Chairman of the Waddani Party, along with other party officials, attended a large ceremony to welcome former Minister Hassan Ahmed Duale (Hasan Macalin) to the WADDANI People’s Hope Party.
In his speech, Hassan Macalin said he had reflected on the current situation in Somaliland and concluded that the country’s history, efforts, pride, ambitions, strength, and progress have been compromised.
He said he believes that the WADDANI Party is the place where Somaliland can unite to be saved once again.
In his Abdirahman Irro, said he agreed that the country needed change.
“The people of Somaliland agree that Somaliland will survive through change, we all must participate in that change” said Abdirahman Mohamed Abdilahi Irro.
