Somaliland police have destroyed WADDANI party offices in the Sahil region of Berbera.
Reports indicate officers from Berbera took down the party’s flags and destroyed equipment within the offices.
It is not clear why the officers attached to Berbera attacked the offices but this is another case of political intolerance being witnessed in Somaliland as the country heads towards the 2024 Presidential elections set for November 13.
The party is accusing President Muse Bihi of instigating violence against opposition parties and individuals
