Kulmiye’s decade of unfulfilled promises

4. _Water and Sanitation_: Access to clean water and sanitation remains limited, especially in rural areas.

5. _Free Education_: Kulmiye promised free education, but many schools still charge fees, and education quality is a concern.

6. _Healthcare Improvement_: Despite some progress, healthcare services remain inadequate, especially in rural areas.

7. _Job Creation_: Unemployment remains high, particularly among youth.

8. _Anti-Corruption Efforts_: Kulmiye promised to tackle corruption, but it remains a significant issue.

9. _Decentralization_: They pledged to decentralize power, but decision-making remains centralized.

10. _International Recognition_: Kulmiye promised to pursue international recognition for Somaliland, but progress has been slow.
