Somaliland opposition say the regional tours by President Muse Bihi is a scheme to start early campaigns to weaken the opposition.
According to the opposition, the President who has made a tour of Berbera, Saaxil Region is already campaigning to gain support for his desire to delay the Presidential Elections.
The president’s convoy was also expected to go through Laas-Geel District, which has no water and that the community gets its water supplied by tanker-trucks from Lafaruug, in which the Barrel of water costs about two Dollars the equivalent to 15,000 Somaliland Currency.
Opposition parties have insisted that the presidential elections be staged on November 13 as initially planned.
